NAPA Delta-13 8-Ball Tour - First Two Stops Completed

October 23, 2013; The North American Poolshooters Association (NAPA) and Delta-13 began their tour with the first stop in Indianapolis last month and the second stop in Florida this month. The NAPA Delta-13 8-ball Tour is a collaborative effort from both the North American Poolshooters Association and Delta-13 to promote competitive billiard action to enthusiasts of all ages and all skill levels across North America. The new tour takes place in 12 locations across the United States and Canada and each stop is open to all NAPA players of any skill level class. The first tour stop was in Indianapolis, Indiana from September 21-22.

NAPA and Delta-13 were very pleased with the turn out of the first Billiard Battle in Indianapolis. The Indianapolis tour stop had 52 players attend from Indiana, Michigan, Illinois and Ohio. The league operators for this tour stop were David and Kristean Thompson. We would like to thank John Wayne's Eatery and Pub and the entire staff for their help in putting on a successful first tour stop.

We would like to congratulate the top competitors from Indianapolis; Shannon Murphy from Ohio took first place, Michael Burnett from Ohio took second place and Jarod Kolle from Ohio took third place. The next tour stop took place in Orlando, Florida from October 11-12. The Orlando tour stop had 46 players attend from Orlando, Jacksonville, Volusia, Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. The league operators included Tommy Hoffon and Brittany Kobayashi. The tour stop was held at Clicks Billiards, who we would like to thank along with their entire staff who was great all weekend. The top competitors in Orlando included; a first place win by Julio Del Pozo, second place went to Courtney Bernard and the third place winner was Huber Dabu. NAPA and Delta-13 would like to thank everyone for participating in our tour stops.
