Quality Assurance:
Each billiard accessory is inspected for craftsmanship and quality. No item will be shipped unless it has passed a complete inspection. Inspected areas include joint fit, screw installation, anodize color powder coat coverage, machining specifications and metal smoothness. During the entire manufacturing process, each accessory is inspected during production and prior to shipment, to ensure that your Executive Billiards product(s) meet with your expectations.

Shipping Information:
We ship most products within 1 business day. Due to variances in availability of some products, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery on some orders. We ship to all locations. Free shipping is available for Continental U.S. Ground.

Returns and Exchanges:
If the material fails or the product fails to perform to the manufacturers specifications, we will replace the item. If upon receipt of the product, you identify a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a replacement. The product must be returned to RJD Machining, 10332 S. Dransfeldt Road, Unit 103, Parker, Co. 80134, within 30 days of purchase. If during a prudent examination, no manufacturing defects are identified, the product will be returned to the buyer at their shipping expense and a 10% examination fee will be charged to the buyers credit card account. Other than for manufacturing defects, all sales are final.

Sales Tax Policy:
We must collect applicable state and local taxes on purchases made in Colorado (4.1 %). Orders shipped to Colorado will incur the applicable State and local sales tax.
